Hi, I'm Paula

I'm the creator of emevoli, and I'm so glad you're here.

Like many people, I spent years putting everyone else's needs before my own. I was the helper, the caregiver, the one who made sure everyone else was okay. Somewhere along the way, I forgot that I deserved the same kindness I so freely gave to others.

Learning to love myself wasn't a single moment. It was a journey of setting boundaries, healing old wounds, celebrating who I am, and learning that caring for myself isn't selfish. It's necessary.

That journey inspired emevoli.
